  4. Update on 1.6c:
  5.   Fixed a bug in the DAT conversion, CD image generation, and
  6.   conversions with raw->mpg / mpg->mpg
  7.   
  8.   Implemented Toast output support.  For users running the
  9.   console version under Windows/*nix/or anything else similar,
  10.   enable -toast.
  11.  
  12.   NOTE:  -toast will only work if the conversion output is an
  13.          MPEG file.

  15. Update on 1.6b:
  16.   Fixed up bug in the @file.lst option - originally only accepted
  17.   the first four letters of the list filename.  Thanks Darrell :)

  20.   Only removed -nocut because I'm afraid that most people won't
  21.   know how to use this option and might complain about movies
  22.   like The Cell being chopped off too early.

  24.   As usual, just use -fix to correct the errors instead.

  40. Auto-cuts video tracks for cue->mpg or raw->mpg. 
  41. This option will work 100% of the time if your cue/bin or raw 
  42. image is PERFECT.  If the output gets cut too early, this
  43. feature can be disabled with the new option -nocut

  46. Nero Image->BIN/CUE
  47. Adaptec CIF->BIN/CUE

  49. Fixed NRG->MPG and CIF->MPG... can now extract multitracks

  51. Dreamcast SFD->MPG
  52. IMPORTANT: The audio in the MPEG file will not play because it
  53.            is encoded in SFA - Sofdec Audio.  Until we get a 
  54.            Sofdec audio decoder codec, there is no way to decode
  55.            the sound.

  57. MPG->RAW image tracks (use with CeQuadrat WinOnCD or VideoPack).
  58. Can Macintosh users with Adaptec Toast use this somehow to write VCDs?
